Shipping and Return Policy

At Zion Market Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Shipping and Return Policy outlines how we handle shipping, returns, and exchanges.
1. Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of the items, and the selected shipping method
International Shipping: We currently ship to US. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Return Eligibility: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including:
- Perishable items, such as food or supplements.
- Opened or used personal care items.
- Gift cards or downloadable content.
How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact us at thebodylab@thebodylabonline.com or call 860-616-8549 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at thebodylab@thebodylabonline.com or 860-616-8549. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the item following the standard return process.
