You'll be glad to know that we are still tapping the very same trees that our ancestors were tapping back in 1912. The year it all began. This is 1 lb 8 oz pure maple maple sprinkles. These are the larger maple sugar chunks that are to big to make it through our sifting screen. It would be a shame to waste these delicious, crunchy, little nuggets. Adds a wonderful maple flavor with the perfect crunchy texture. Try it on ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal or any other dessert you desire. We only get about a gallon worth of maple sprinkles from every 40 gallon barrel of maple syrup that we turn over to granulated sugar. They are pretty hard to come by so get them while you can.
